Powder Horns ID

Traveling around Switzerland and found these two horns in an out of the way and unexpected place.
I believe the flat horn may be 18th century or very early 19th. The large horn is amazingly well constructed (usual Swiss quality) the base is formed from copper and the spout is completely adjustable for different powder measurements.
Any suggestions?

When a nation forgets her skill in war, when her religion becomes a mockery, when the whole nation becomes a nation of money-grabbers, then the wild tribes, the barbarians drive in... Who will our invaders be? From whence will they come?
