Identification request for an Ohio fishbelly rifle

Could anyone offer insight into this one? I bought it as a wrecked stock off of eBay. It appears that the inlays are perhaps pewter, very soft metal. I added the Rice barrel and Davis Gloucher lock. The buttplate, trigger, and triggerguard were all original. Thanks very much for your consideration.
