Maybe browsing thru an industrial supply catalog in the tapered pin reamers or Morse taper reamer can soive the problem.

I make them as well. Whoever you use make sure the pilot bearing on the front is concentric with the taper. My opinion. Screw on jags have play in the threads and therefor not in line, concentric. Or at least room for error.
