Gorgeous Tennessee rifle and quite the bargain Dane!

Dane,
Did you build that rifle off of Houston Harrison's drawing?  I always loved that little rifle.  I have a barrel inlet and the stock profile cut into the blank.
Beautiful.

David,
Yes, same profile. The original was even smaller than this one. I used that drawing to build 3 for my grand kids. All those were with straight sided barrels. Last one was with a ¾” Paris barrel I found. Great little gun for the grand daughters.

Very nice rifle.
Dane and David, can I ask about that "Houston Harrison" drawing you mentioned? Is it possible for a fellow to get a copy of that?

Is the buttplate and trigger guard forged?

Frozen,
No, I believe they are cast. Readily available from suppliers, not custom, forged pieces.
