IMO, looks like an Ohio rifle.

Your rifle appears to be made by gunsmith Joshua W. Stackhouse of Belmont Co., Ohio, over on the eastern edge of the state. The lock bolt plate is typical of later Ohio guns, the initials appear right, and the back side of your gun's cheekpiece with those 3 particular inlays are very similar to a couple of his later half-stocked rifles.
