The Musuem now exhibits four guns by John Shell and one by Daniel Shell.
The family genealogy is included.
We present
John Shell:

Guns made by John Shell have survived up to #410, perhaps higher.
This gives us a documented view over time of his skill and style as it evolved. Something not as well known of other master gunsmiths as few numbered or dated their guns consistently.
We make a special request! If you own or know of another John Shell, please add it to the Museum. Can you imagine the value of having 10 or more Shells in one place to study? A search is now on for others!!!
Thank you.
Daniel Shell
