Just a heads up.

These are always a problem.  I received a catalog yesterday that has rifle boxes for $1.70 each in bundles of 15.  They ship from 5 or 6 different locations and waive the oversize shipping fees.

Ron,
They do have longer boxes but they are larger.  Go the the website and used "telescopic" as a search word.  They have one for shipping skis that telescopes to 108"
