My First Horn & Shooting Bag
« on: April 09, 2010, 08:11:44 PM »
Just finished making my first horn and shooting bag. This is my first attempt at both, so fire away.
The horn is left hand and 15" around the OS curve. The pour plug is maple and the butt plug is unknown wood.
The shooting pouch is about 7"x8" and made from 4/5oz veggie tan. It has two outside pockets and one inside.
Here are a few pics. (pollen was added by nature)

Thanks for looking,
Mike

I like it!  I just got a couple of Jason's hides in the mail yesterday, and will be starting some of my own soon.

Very well done.  The horn shows really nice graceful lines and good color.  An excellent job.

Thanks everyone. I looked at a lot of bags and horns before I got started. I borrowed an idea here and there.
