Another Ball Grip Knife
« on: April 30, 2010, 01:04:33 AM »
Another one out of the shop, but with a French flavor. 9" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" blade of 01 steel. Full tang with iron bolsters and pins, and 1/4" camel bone grip slabs. All lightly aged. Thanks for looking.

Wick,
It looks great.  Now I can't decide if I like aged or not better.  Great looking either way.
Thanks for posting.

Is the bolster integral with the blade or a separate piece?  This knife has me thinking of starting another project.  Very nice.

Hi Jerry. They are separate, held by three rivets of 1/8" welding rod.
