Horn With Three Bands
« on: July 28, 2010, 09:20:39 PM »

This is the horn I did the tutorial on fitting the horn in the base. It is 11” around the outside curve. He base is Cherry and about 2”s. It is held in with 4 steel pins. The antler tip is pinned on with three steel pins and the bands are held by two each. The body has AF on it and the bands are dyed, the whole thing has been coated with brown shoe polish and buffed off.
