I keep threatening Mark that if this rifle sits around his shop too long I'll borrow it for muzzleloader season here in the snows of da UP.  The rifle handles very well with a nice balance and should be a great shooter.  That aside, it a wonderful piece of art.  It was fun to be in Mark's shop most weeks and watch the progress on this over the three + years he worked on it.  I know he would be very happy for this piece to find a new home before he feels compelled to go shoot a deer with it so it you are seriously interested give him a call.

It really is a huge undertaking and accomplishment.  A lot of guts are needed for such a project.  My favorite aspect is the metal chiseling.  It's just wonderful.
