Hi. Its been a while since I posted one of my builds, so I thought I'd share this Reading style I just finished. I built it as a present to my son who will graduate from Bloomsburg University in three weeks.
It has a 58cal, Getz barrel of heavy Reading profile and a Davis lock. Trigger pull is about three lbs. and smooth as silk. Chamber's oil finish with a slight patina to wood and metal.
By the way, hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and if you're in PA- good luck tomorrow.(first day of deer season)

Nate,
That's a very thoughtful gift, and I'm sure your son will be thrilled! I graduated from Millersville and visited Bloomsburg several times, great school. Congratulations to your son, and a very nice rifle!

Nice job Nate. Did you give it to him early so he could use it today?
