Hello, I would like to know how appropriate cats-eye ( losenge) barrel pin escutcheons are on a Ficthorn rifle. I did not do a good enough job getting the pins right the first time and thus need the inlays to hide my repair and relocation of the pins
I'm not to the point of inlaying them yet, just don't have enough knowledge about specific schools. The photos I have seen seem to be of the same 3 guns and they don't have barrel pin escutcheons. On the brighter side I think I'll do better next time
