It's been about 6 months since I last sent them a batch. I've sent them several batches of files and rasps over the years, and have always been pleased with their service.
I've always just sent them a bunch of files, with my return address. They send them back after sharpening, with an invoice.Their prices are very reasonable. For example, a 10" flat file was $1.80, and a 10" cabinet rasp was $3.50.I don't know if those are their current prices, but they probably haven't changed much, if at all.
If you want to contact them, I've found that the best way is to call them.
I wouldn't think you would have any problem just sending them your files, and waiting for their return.
