Sporting Clays With Rifle - September 18, 2011 Match Results
« on: September 18, 2011, 10:44:54 PM »
We did something a little different this morning and shot sporting clays at our monthly White River Brigade Shoot.
It was a lot of fun, even if only three of us were able to make the shoot.  Here's the results with some pictures.

You would have 4 (four) shooters at the shoot if I was in driving distance. Thanks for posting the pictures, Jim & Alyce.

Always fun doing a little different shooting, Daryl.  Jim, you're always welcome if you're ever in this part of the country.

Had to take a picture of these two targets I shot back to back within a 10 minute span from 30 and 25 yards.  I had just told Tim & Marvin earlier before we started that we count a hit when the clay is naturally hit and broken, but there might come a time we just hit a clay and the ball might only put a hole in it.  These are hits as well if that would happen.  I never really thought it ever would!  I shot these two clays, and both Tim & Marvin each hit a clay that did the same.  We naturally kept them as "trophies... ;)
