Jm,
There's 5-6 coming down from our club, OHIO VALLEY MUZZLELOADING GUN CLUB, here in central Ohio. Will even have a couple of GOOD chunk guns to peddle.

I am planning on going. I am not going to shoot but I want to go and see the guns. This will be my first chunk shoot. I want to see what its all about and maybe meet a few people. Mike.

Well, I would tell you all that I will be the short fat man in overalls with a graying red beard and a green beaver fedora, but that might not be descriptive enough for someplace like this.

I plan to arrive Friday early in the day.

It's still several days away, but the forecast is 50% chance of showers, high of 52 degrees. I haven't seen a wind forecast.

I'll be there, not my first chunk shoot, but my first York. I thought JM was describing me! I actually have a pin that says "Okieboy", so stop me and say Hello (or Howdy).
We got 8" of snow and sleet last night, so I am pretty sure the weather will be better than here.

Charlie Bowers finally won. Page Carr was second and Paul Griffith was third.

I was way down the line in the hamburger section, I'm having tacos for supper. Eric Lau was in the good meat, I believe. I had a wonderful time hanging out with the friends I've made the last few years and learned a little bit more.

I met Okieboy as I was going to the line for the second relay. I really enjoyed this event, even with the rain and all of the wet clothes/camping gear that followed me home.

4.002 was the top score, I believe.

It began to spinkle on target 8 or 9 of the second relay. The rain became steady soon after that. Before that weather had been overcast most of the day, but the sun was out for a little while. Wind was mild and mostly "no value." By the time of the awards ceremony ervyone was under umbrellas, canopies or in rain gear.
