I had ordered a new trigger guard for my Tulle from TOW about 3 weeks ago. I finally got around to polishing it on Saturday and noticed that it was pitted pretty badly and also twisted and not in line on the back plane. I emailed TOW and David got back to me Saturday afternoon with instructions to send it back and they would replace it free of charge. Just to make sure they understood that I had already started to polish it, I called them today and David was out of reach and I talked to John. Same answer, send it back and it would be replaced. Their view on the polishing was I couldn't have known about the deep pitting if I hadn't started to polish. Just great people at TOW and will be getting more of my business from now on.

Same here. The few times I have had a part from them with defects, the folks at Track of the Wolf have always done whatever was necessary to make things right.
