Buffalo Horn

14 inches on the outside curve, 12 1/2 inches on the inside curve.  3 inch diameter at the base, plugged with a turned curly maple plug.  The applied tip is turned moose antler and the band is turned cow horn.  I used copper for the staples.  Enjoy!!

Really nice looking horn, especially for buffalo, they are normally very hard to get polished up like that.

Beautiful!! I like the contrast between the black horn and the white applied parts.

Yes they are..this one ended up quite thin and I still ended up with one or two spots that I could not work out completely.  This is good though..it is nice an light and still very strong.
