Just got this in. All handmade with no power tools. Ash wrap and pine face plates. Hand forged strap loops and nails. 2 3/4" x 7". Wood was hand planed. No sandpaper used. Finished with a period varnish. $35.00 from Bill Payson in NH.

Wow! $35 is a steal for a hand-made canteen, especially considering the amount of work that goes into making one.
