I need a round barrel profiled

Anyone know of someone that would be able (and willing) to profile a rifled round barrel that I have? The barrel 45.5 inches long and mic's 1.110 on the small end and 1.130 on the other end. I would like to have it octagon profiled, preferable with a slight swamp or a straight taper.

I have thought about doing it myself but my mill does not have enough travel or length and I will end up screwing it up!

I sent Bob Hoyt a straight taper barrel last fall and he swamped it for me.

I had Ed swamp an old original barrel I purchased to restore an original mountain rifle that had the barrel shortened sometime in the past.  I gave him the measurements I needed, and the finished product perfectly matched the swamped barrel grove in the stock when he finished his work.   I gave it to Ed at the Lexington show and picked it up at the mini CLA show at Wolf River six months later.

Bill, Roger thanks. I had thought about asking Ed to do it but he's so far behind on making barrels I hated to ask him. I think I will contact Bobby Hoyt and see if he will do it.

Just hung up from talking with Bobby and he will do it either as a swamped barrel or straight taper.
