Boring out swamped Green Mountain barrel.

Anyone know if I can get a Green Mountain Swamped {can it be safely done}C wt. .50 bored to .54.Aprox. cost? Thanks.

I see no reason why not since all suppliers offer C profile barrels in .54 caliber. Check with Bobby Hoyt 717 642 6696

I would simply replace the thing with a 54, well actually I would leave it a 50 cal.

I spoke with Ed Rayl recently and he said he could bore out a .54 that I have to a .62, rifled, for $135 + shippping.
