There is considerable confusion about Andrew Figthorn and who died when. I'd be interested in comments. Here is one fact to begin:
There was a death notice for Andrew Fichthorn, gunsmith of Reading [Berks and Schuylkill Journal, 28 September 1822]
Second
The notation is obviously from the Philadelphia Inquirer. I'd like to see comments.
Moll, Henry S. (1796-). gunsmith. Allentown. Noted as being age 77, the oldest gunsmith in Allentown, and having used the same shop for over 50 years [Philadelphia Inquirer, 30 September 1873]. Precisely which Moll is meant here is hard to say, although the year of birth matches John Moll III.
