My wife and are planning to be there. Six of her ancestors were there with Boone, so she is excited.

This is probably a little late, but if anybody that's coming to Boonesborough has a flint lock suitable for a 1770-1820 pistol that you want to part with, bring it along.  Have cash or a nice screw-tip horn I just finished.

Hi Ron

I have a new L&R John Bailes lock (style 1770-1810) I bought two years ago and don't have
a project for it. Track of the Wolf sells them for $133, but I could let you have it for $100.

All the best
Paul

Thanks Odd Fellow, please bring it along.  We all enjoy looking at guns!

I'm gathering the parts for a pistol build.  So far I have a 10", .50 cal. rifled , DeHass barrel and a chuck of wood.  Looks like I may have a lock by sundown!

Hope to see ya at the Fort.  Safe Trip.
