Different kind of ML shoot.....
« on: November 06, 2012, 02:34:47 AM »
So, yesterday we shot at Orangeville, Pa 15 shooters - shot for cash...

The 'different' part of it was that they used cardboard cut outs of life sized deer (well almost life sized) with the vitals outlined in pencil not visible from the line.  3 shots at each distance 30, 40, 50 60 and 75 yards . You moved your own deer each relay.  Then deer head paper targets one at 25 and one at 50.  Agg style match.

Egg shoot at 100 yds

Smoothie match at those deer targets agg style.

100 yd bench match for the stuff that goes boom.

Interesting and little bit different shoot.....

Roger, That was an interesting shoot.  One of the guys who attended yesterday's shoot in Hurley, N.Y. (Morgan Hill Game Assoc.) is a smoothbore shooter (smooth rifle, in fact), who wants to conduct a smoothbore seminar as well as a smoothbore shoot in the very near future.  Now, that's both interesting and challenging! :)
