Well.....I cannot seem to get the images to this post..........  some HOW_TO would be welcomed

After posting your photo to photobucket.  Hold you cursor over the photo and a drop down box
will appear.  Click on the bottom line in the drop down box and it will then say copied.
Then all you have to do is right click and paste it into ALR.
