F or T Shepler (fixed now!!)
« on: November 15, 2012, 09:17:31 PM »
I had a man walk into the shop wanting to know more about this gun. Goulcher lock, double set triggers, marked F or T Shepler (I think) , on barrel. In the pics note the rear sight built in a shadow box style. I`ve seen that on big bench guns using the "cheater" style open sights at Friendship, but never up the barrel on a fixed open sight like this. Can anyone give me any info on this maker, and also an "as is" value of the piece, as he wants to sell. It does not appear to have been touched in many years. He said the stock was broke when he bought it 35 years ago.
thanks in advance,
bryan gerber

I'm having trouble seeing the picture. Do you have to register and create a pass word with shutterfly in order to see the pictures? Thanks, Jack

CobraCoach, Try using the URL of each of the photos and not to Shutterfily.
