a pair of new bags
« on: July 05, 2013, 08:24:33 PM »
Here are a pair of new bags I recently finished. please take a look and tell me what you like and would like to see different and why.

The first is made of barktan deerhide and lined with linen canvas and pillow ticking. It has an inside pocket.

The second is veg tan cowhide aged and dyed. It has a hanging inside pocket.

They are both very nicely done , I'm a tad partial to the second one for my individual tastes though .... Great craftsmanship !!

Very Nice!! I' like the first one myself, never really liked the flap hanging down very low. I like the flap to over hang the bag about an inch or so. That way there's less to hang down to get caught on some briars or stuff when out in the woods hunting.

Nice construction on both of them. If I had to pick only one I would go with the first one though.  ;D
