Does anyone have information on gunsmith George W. Call. I understand that he was at one time
an armorer at Fort Pitt and a member of the Westmoreland Militia. Other than that, I can find little
else.

I would also like to hear more about George Call... as I have a Berks County/Reading rifle with that same name carved in the stock.
My research indicated the Westmorland conection as well---but nothing more.
Let me know if more is found.
