If Ed H isn't responding, you might check to see if Joe Wood is still selling tools.   Hamberg's tool is
a universal, one size fits all calibers, while Joe Wood sold a caliber specific tool.

He sells his universal coning tool for $45, $47 total if shipping is insured.
