Very neat little rifle.  Is the set trigger pushed forward?

Wow, That interesting..especially since my Great Grandfather, Grandfather and father were all born and raised in Lorain Co OH between 1820 and 1900...thye might have had a Rose gun!!!

Tim, Thanks for posting  pictures of this nice rifle.  Nice inlays and finish.  I like the color. I bet she's pretty in the sunshine.  If you have another, by all means, post it!  This forum is about the only place I get to see antique rifles.

Lew,...from the nice old lady.....just kidding.  I purchased this rifle in my local area from a gentleman who had family history that goes back a long time in Ohio.
