Who supplies Track's wood

I see other vendors have apparently identical stocks.
I want to do an Armstrong longrifle.
I want to do one of their "kits" I don't want some of the inlets because their choice is not correct for that particular rifle. The tang and sideplate are not as I want them to be. I am thinking of going to the wood source rather than using Track as a middle man.
How is Track about special order delays?
Track is also out of stock on a lot of parts. I was going to source the barrel and lock from other vendors.
Thanks
Scot

Pecatonica does many, but not all of TOTW's stocks. Some are Pecatonica's patterns and some are proprietary TOTW's pattern. Examine each's offering for the Armstrong and see if they are the same. Pecatonica will cut the stock to your specs.

So Pecatonica's Armstrong "Kit" is the same as Tracks?

I didn't say that. Both have pictures on their websites. Compare them to determine the differences, if any.

I would second the knob mountain suggestion if you are wanting an Armstrong stock. You could get as much or as little done to it as you want in terms of shaping/inletting.
