Sydney:  have you checked out what Lee Valley has to offer?  I bought some great box locks from them a few years ago...might still have one.

I to use Lee Valley for all my hardware needs. They have free shipping now until Jan. 5th I believe.

Ball and Ball also has very nice hardware, but I am not sure if they have the case hardware that you need.  Their quality is very high.

Hi Sydney,
Lee Valley has good stuff.  Brusso stop butt hinges work very well for cases. They also have good case locks.  You can also use commonly available  "Chippendale" style handles for early cases but no one except Peter Dyson (in England) makes proper flush mounted handles common on cases after 1800.  I make my own handles and hooks.
