Anyone have any experience hammer engraving 7075 Aluminum?

I have never engraved 7075 aluminum but I would think since it has average-to-good ratings for machinability and the Rockwell hardness is just slightly higher (3 points) than 12L14 that it would engrave similar to 12L14. All you can do is grab a piece of scrap and give it a whirl.
