I just received, in the mail, an Auriou riffler rasp.  It is beautiful, but will be returned to exchange for a smaller one.  I bought the 8 inch model, but the 6 inch will be more useful as I can't afford two.  I stuck the car in the snow trying to get out of the driveway to the post office.  The snow is predicted to turn to rain tonight, so maybe it can be returned on Monday.
Quality, schedule, price; Pick any two.
