New to the site. looking for info on powder horns..

hello all, Im new to the site, found it looking for info on powder horns. I would like to start making a few, but trying to get pointed in the right direction to make them the correct way.  I have been making cow horn turkey calls for just shy or 30 years. and have for years wanted to make a powder horn.
I plan to come to the show in Williamsburg va in a couple weeks and make a trip up to Dixon Gunmakers Fair in July.

Hi. Get yourself two books. Recreating the 18th Century Powder Horn, and Building the Southern Banded Horn- both by Scott and Cathy Sibley.
