Nipple charger?

Were I to dry load, is there a flask-like device that can trickle a small amount of powder into the breech by way of the threaded hole into which the nipple is screwed, nipple having been removed?

It's the same thing as a pan charger that guys use to prime flintlocks.  It drops one grain of powder with each push.

You can get pan charger tips that throw either 1gr or 3gr. I'd think you'd want the 1gr one to get a little at a time in there. Been so long for me and caplocks though...
