making patch box hinges

 is there any tutorials on making patch boxes out there? making hinges are a real pain,i made a few but i'm not very satisfied with my out come. i waste more brass trying to make the hinges line up...............yip

Do a search in tutorials, pretty sure Acer has one in there....

Well isn't that nifty...I know what I'm gonna make tonight....I've been doing this in the old flail on in til its right manner...but this seems to give excellent control...now if someone would make a multi-adjustable filing jig to cut the barrels on any curved buttstock shape we'd have it made!

Gary's advise about putting in the bend before fitting the knuckles is a very helpful one.  I think Gary would appreciate that he's still able to provide help and instruction even though he's gone.
