I picked the book up a few years back when it first came out and at a time when I was just getting back into M/Ldr building. I had not built one since the early 70's and it gave my brain a good kick start.

I do find his methods of drawing out things with multiple upon multiple guide lines and measurements tedious and unnecessary. I get lost in the spider-web of lines. I've never done work in that manner.
The long wordy descriptions leave me to jump to another section at times too just to change the subject.

There's lots of good info in there, and much I'd never use. Some I agree with, some I totally disagree with.

But that's the way it usually is with any book of that sort.

Add it to the reference pile if you feel the need. It may be helpful to answer a question for you.
That's all they're for anyway,,they're not written to be entertaining novels after all..
