SILER LOCK ORIGINS

I have misplaced my references on this--does anyone remember the specific rifle Bud Siler used as a model for the famous Germanic  lock he made [now of course, Chambers]?  I remember reading two opinions--one that he "copied" a lock on a 1780s vintage Lancaster [Isaac Haines?]  and the other was that it was a Dickert.

The lock Bud Siler copied is on the really prestine Isaac Haines rifle.
Where have we been?....here working our butts off trying to survive in the new social order.  Oops, not supposed to get political.
