Hi: This has probably been posted before but i need to know do you use ammonia to neutralize the aqua fortis after application? Thanks for any help. Dan

You can, if your ferric nitrate solution is especially acidic.

Dan, yes, that'll work..... A solution of baking soda & water will work also. I personally prefer the ammonia, doesn't seem to raise the grain as much.
