Chuck - where do you get your bone handle material. I have a replica Ft. Ticonderoga blade and would love to put a bone handle on it. You do very nice work.

Paul - I get my bones right off the deer from local hunters mostly, and then process (skin, clean, and dye) them myself.
If nobody local has them available when I need them, then I go to Moscow Hide and Fur who carries whitetail deer leg bones http://www.hideandfur.com/inventory/5857.html

If you don;t have any luck that way drop me a line and I'll see if I can't fix you up.
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Thanks Spotted Bull.  I enjoyed revisiting some of Chuck's work.  He is gone, but not forgotten.
