Some fun on fathers day, powder measures
« on: June 20, 2016, 12:59:48 AM »
Had a few hours open on fathers day.  Spent it in the shop making a few new powder measures.

Top is an Elk tip, for 80gr, middle is a reproduction grizzly claw for 60gr, and the bottom is a black buck for 70gr.  I am an antler junky and most of my friends know if they have scraps, or tips, I will take it.

I just did the grizzly claw for fun.  Found it at  gunshow for 10 bucks, and figured the kids would think it was cool  ;D ;D ;D

Also got to spend some time casting.  Heck of a good fathers day if you ask me.  Church, all the family around the table for dinner, a couple hours playing with my black powder kit..... I'm a blessed man.

Great times ahead there Doc.  Keep up the good work.  I like em, especially the bear claw.  It would go great with my GRRW with claws set in the stock.  Thanks fer sharin.
Best Wishes to all
