Classic Kindig "Golden Age" and Roberts "Cap Locks" reference books to donate to established gun maker training program. Tail end leftovers from estate of avid collector of New England/New York flint and caplock guns. Kindig in good condition, but Roberts 'puppy chewed' on one corner (still very useable).

I know my Dad would liked to have these used to help train new gun makers, not resold or put in a private collection, so 'honor system' applies. Please send email to 'hbrucelow att  aol daht cohm' (unscramble on your own) with name of training program and name and address of program administrator where you want them mailed.

First email in my inbox gets them. If the mods don't object, if you include any info about your program, I'll post the info here to provide some free publicity.

I'm just starting a new builder, my finance's 20 year old grandson.  I've donated a lock , stock and barrel to his first project, and will intro him to the ALR site shortly.  any help would be greatly accepted. I will PM you his address , if you decide to help with th project.  I know this will blow his mind.

Is it truly possible that every community college, every trade school, every historical workshop, etc., with a gun maker program has all the copies they need of these books?
If we reach 300 hundred "reads" and have no other takers, I will happily send it to the gentleman who posted (above) and sent me the email.

We've reached the target number of reads.
I will mail the books on Saturday to the individual identified in the post above.  I'll send a tracking number to the poster. Sounds like a good way to pass along useful info to a new builder.

ETA: Books mailed. Tracking # PM'd to Bill.
