Making J. Henry english pattern lock from (almost) scratch

I have been meaning to make this for some time and am getting around to it finally. Too many projects and not enough time. I am pretty happy with it so far but there are some things I have yet to change. My research has been limited to online searches and a few print sources, so if there is anything that strikes anyone as a glaring issue with this so far please let me know. This will be a prototype to get function down with the intention of making some molds and having investment castings made for a small lot.

Progress is slow but appreciable. Fitted rough cast cock to a siler tumbler, and making a roller frizzen spring from3/32in  spring stock. So the cock, pan and frizzen came as sand castings from DGW, they and the Siler tumbler are the only pre formed parts going into this. Being my first attempt at lock assembly I am pleased with progress so far.

Been some false starts and hold ups but construction is back on track. I forged the sear out of some hot rolled steel bar and brazed the bridle together from the same material. I'll pack harden both of them when fitting is done. The sear spring will be replaced with one I forge from spring stock, and of course the screws will be replaced with some I turn out on the lathe to better suit.

Frizzen spring is about ready for final filing and heat treat, if only the main spring were going as well.
