Need Help In Identifying Maker of Shotgun Barrel Marked S.L. III

I have had great responses from you guys on the last barrel and decided to pitch another barrel to see if any of you know who the maker is. The barrel is a black powder shotgun barrel, Markings include, S.L. III the Numer 40, and what appears to be a small HI. The length of the barrel is 35 inches, the tang is 1 and 5/8 inches long for a total of 36 5/8 inches long. The bore appears to be a 16 gauge bore. I acquired this and many other barrels, although most are modern from a gunsmith in Tennessee who was originally from Gaston County NC. I would greatly appreciate any input as to the Maker of this particular barrel if it is at all possible. Thank you. I have uploaded pictures.
