Can a barrel be jug choked after the build?

Wanting to jug choke my 20 gauge after hunting with it a while. Do the lugs and sights prevent this?

Probably depends a bit....But, I just had one jugged after it was finished.  Not even a mark on the finish and I told him not to worry about the finish. Front sight soldered on and it's still there...

Danny Caywood can do it with the lugs on it or at least he did one of mine
