Ryan at MBS
« on: August 16, 2017, 12:57:34 PM »
I have always done business  with Muzzle loader Builders Supply, even way back when Don Eads owned it, then went through the Suzie years, and now Ryan owns it.
I had a issue with a lock on a build, wasn't the lock makers issue, was getting it to
work with a patent breech, Ryan went out of his way to help reduce  the issue,
Terry Jo is always fun to talk to, and they really do offer great customer service
only flintlocks remain interesting..

Elk Killer,

I'll second that on MBS; right on the mark.  Great folks to deal with.

Totally agree about the service and friendly folks at MBS, I buy there if they have something I want in stock. My only criticism would be their website, imo it needs upgrading, made easier to navigate and the photographs upscaled.

I couldn't agree more about anything good anybody'd have to say about either Ryan and/or Terry Jo:  wonderful folks to deal with.

Good folks, refreshing "old fashioned" personal service.   I remember Ryan went out of his way to offer good advice on my first build.   Bruce
