I really like that horn.  Nice job Ron!

I got a horn from Ron, too. I like it a lot, Ron does nice work. I made a shooting pouch to go with it. I modeled the pouch after one Chris Barker made for the 2014 CLA fund raising auction. Chris is another outstanding gentleman that not only offered his blessing when I asked him if I could attempt a copy of the bag, but he provided me with a lot of help and direction as well. Both of these guys are assets to the hobby.

I've been meaning to post pictures of my copy of Chris's pouch with Ron's horn when I get time to figure out how, but I just haven't got there yet.

Tippit, that's a great looking knife to go with that horn.

KC,
Ron has been vey helpful to me...seems we are fairly close in GA & SC.  He has some bird hunting areas and I have a hog lease down there...should be a fun trade off.  Thanks for the kind comment on my knife...very thin and flexible from an old file (should make a good bird & trout knife).
