Cory, You can except to pay about $265 for a barrel, $175 for a lock, stock $100 and up depending on grade etc. so you will be close to having these covered. You will need a trigger guard, maybe a buttplate, side plate, trigger, and thimbles. If you buy all of these they would be about $100. You can make most or all of them. Tools are completely another subject. You'll need some chisels for inletting the lock at a minimun, wood and metal files and quite a few other things. I can provide you with a suggested tool list but hopefully you will have accumulated a lot of these items already. I hope this gives you some idea.
