Shot Pouch With Glass Neck

Awhile back I saw an antique shot pouch that had a glass neck and a cork. 
I thought of making one of these and using the top of something like a wine
Bottle.  Has anyone here made one of these? If so how did you do it?

There are pictures and examples that show up from time to time. Not a good idea. They break. Just because it has been done does not mean it is a good idea. Up to the shooter really.
